MUSIC TEACHER (VOCAL + INSTRUMENTAL)

Job description:

We are seeking a passionate and talented Music Teacher who can teach vocal and instrumental music to students across different grade levels. Ability to teach and manage multiple musical instruments is essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Teach vocal and instrumental music to students.
  • Train students in rhythm, melody, singing techniques, and instrument handling.
  • Conduct music classes for various age groups and skill levels.
  • Prepare students for school events, annual day performances, competitions, and assemblies.
  • Teach and guide students in instruments such as Keyboard, Piano, Guitar, Drums, Violin, or other relevant instruments.
  • Develop lesson plans and maintain student progress records.
  • Encourage creativity, confidence, and stage performance skills among students.

Qualification Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Music / Performing Arts / Fine Arts or relevant field.
  • Formal certification or diploma in Music is preferred.
  • Ability to teach at least 2–3 musical instruments is mandatory.
  • Strong vocal training skills preferred.
  • B.Ed. is preferred for school teaching positions.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of teaching experience in a school environment preferred.
  • Experience in handling school concerts and cultural programs is an advantage.
